btech agricultural and environmental engineering

The BTech Agricultural and Environmental Engineering programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to address critical challenges related to agricultural production, natural resource management, and environmental sustainability. The programme integrates engineering principles with agricultural science and environmental science to develop innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable agricultural practices, water resource management, waste management, and pollution control. Students learn to design, develop, and implement engineering systems and technologies that optimize agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact. Core concepts include soil and water conservation, irrigation and drainage engineering, farm machinery and equipment design, renewable energy systems for agriculture, environmental impact assessment, and waste treatment technologies.
