The BSc Hons Tourism and Hospitality Management programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic and rapidly growing tourism and hospitality industry in Ghana and beyond. The programme blends theoretical understanding with practical application, covering areas such as hospitality operations, tourism planning, marketing, and sustainable tourism development. Students will learn about the management of hotels, resorts, restaurants, event planning, and tourism destinations, gaining insights into customer service, financial management, and strategic decision-making within the industry.
