The Bachelor of Education (Economics) programme is designed to equip students with a strong foundation in economic theory and principles, alongside pedagogical skills necessary for effective teaching. The programme aims to produce highly qualified economics teachers capable of contributing to the development of economic literacy and analytical skills in students at the secondary and tertiary levels. Students will learn microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and development economics, alongside educational psychology, teaching methodologies, and curriculum development.
