The BA Theology with Administration program is designed to equip students with a strong foundation in theological studies while simultaneously developing essential administrative and managerial skills. This interdisciplinary approach prepares graduates for leadership roles within religious organizations, non-profits, and other sectors where both theological understanding and administrative competence are highly valued. Students will explore core theological doctrines, biblical studies, church history, and ethics, alongside management principles, organizational behavior, finance, and human resources.
