The BA in Community Development is an interdisciplinary programme designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to promote sustainable and equitable community development. It focuses on understanding the social, economic, political, and environmental factors that shape communities, and on developing effective strategies for addressing community needs and fostering positive change. Students will learn about community organizing, project management, social policy, research methods, and participatory development approaches. The programme emphasizes practical experience through fieldwork and community-based projects, enabling students to apply their learning in real-world settings and develop the skills to become effective community leaders and advocates.
